Weight Down
Eat five meals a day for a trimmer, healthier body, says some nutritionist. For years we have been told that to lose weight, we should eat less at meal times and skip snacks altogether. No wonder the word diet has been wryly defined by weight watchers.
The following are the tips that can be followed:
1. Eat five small meals a day.
2. How much food should you eat. The amount of food it takes to perfectly fill our tummies fits our palm.
3. Listen to your tummy. When your stomach is empty, your stomach starts to growl and your mouth begins to salivate. When you finally do stop to eat, you can’t help but overdo it.
4. Give in to your craving. Your body knows what you should eat. Food cravings are the only way for your body to communicated exactly what it needs to feel and function at its best.
5. It is important to tickle your taste buds. Because the more satisfied you are with what you are eating, the less you will need to eat, and the better you will feel.
6. Forget about fads. Diet fads come and go, leaving the dieter confused and frustrated.
Pleasure or Pain
Surely, if wonderful big things happen to us, we’ll be happier. And, conversely, if something terrible befalls us, we’ll be miserable. Well, yes and no. Although falling in love, inheriting money, and getting a promotion will feel as good as we think they will, it turns out those feelings are actually fleeting.
The upside of such adaptability is that it keeps us from dropping too low when we don’t get what we want. Think of it as a psychological immune system. Unconsciously, our minds go through impressive mental manoeuvres to limit or repair emotional damage, convincing us that were are not so bad off after all.
It is likewise true that realizing your ability to wind up pretty happy with any of a variety of possibilities before your natural resilience starts working will make you even happier in the end. If you were so sure life will be meaningless unless you get to be.
Care to chat….
You’ve heard the stories about women meeting new people in virtual chat rooms. It the beginning, the whole phenomenon may have seemed strange to you even scary but now that your kids are spending too much time chatting your curiosity is certainly piqued.
If you are familiar with how it works, you will not only have a new world open to you, you will also be better able to handle your kids’ request for more time to chat and, more importantly, you can help them steer clear of the dangers the internet can pose.
So as parent let us care to chat on our children. It is much better to know their acts rather than let them be the victim of wrong chat ideas.
What about warts?
Warts are small, flesh colored skin growths caused by virus called human papillomavirus, or HPV. There are 60 different HPV types and they can affect the skin on any part of the body. Warts that grow on the face, neck and chest, as they do on you are usually flat warts. The virus enters the skin through a minor cut or scratch. It may spread if you pick at or scratch the wart with your fingers, then touch some other part of your body.
Since warts are a viral infection, they may disappear without treatment. In fact more than half disappear in 1 to 2 years. Others may persist for a longer period.
Facial warts should always be examined by a dermatologist. The treatments and costs vary; discuss them with your doctor. Treatments includes cutting, laser, burning, freezing, using chemicals to injure the infected skin cells and for resistant or numerous warts, immunotherapy to boost antibodies.

Antsy Problem
Ants whether red or black, are a real problem especially during the rainy season. They are hard to get rid of, but here are how to eliminate them the natural way:
1. Look for anthills outside your home and pour on them boiling water mixed with laundry detergent.
2. Squirt ant trails with the boiling water and laundry detergent solution
3. Try spreading cinnamon powder on the ant trails. This will help trap the ants and discourage them from going elsewhere.
4. In a previous column, I had already suggested leaving small pieces of foam soaked in sugar water where ants gather. Once the sponges are covered with ants, pour boiling water on them. You may have to do this for several days to kill all your ants.
5. Finally, keep your rooms free of crumbs that ants can feed on. Discourage snacking anywhere except the ding room or kitchen. Keep all leftovers in airtight containers inside your refrigerator.
So be ants free on your home or it might bite you and your households. Make your home an ants free.
One Cool Mom
Most every mother of any generation dreams of becoming a cool mom. By being
cool, it means staying attuned to your children’s needs, keeping an open mind
about their sometimes fantastic interests and opinions, and attacking things as
if you’ve never seen them all happen before. It sounds easy, but it’s a very
difficult thing to do. Meaning you could joke with daughter about the men in
your life but when do you say enough? When do you say okay, stop that. You are
talking to your mother.
Those things actually hard but sometimes you need to be stiff and strict when
needed so. As a mother it is also important to listen to a child’s perception.
Try to reach to them by listening well what their trying to point out. Then talk
about that and have a good conversation.
One cool mom always in good sound and always listen. It’s always feel good
when you are always calm and composed rather than always getting mad and
frown
